  • Power Lunges

  • Star Jumps

  • Squats

  • Single leg squats

  • Press Ups

  • One arm Dumbbell rows

  • Knee high running

  • Reverse Fly

  • Crunches

  • Full Crunches

  • Oblique Crunches

  • Bridge

  • Oblique bridge

If performed correctly can produce excellent result at toning the muscles.
