Work out because you want to and not because your doctor, spouse, significant other, peers, etc. told you to.
You'll never make it if you are just doing it because some one said you should exercise.
You'll make it when you want to do it, because you deserve it, it feels very good and its something you want to do for you!
Just remember that you exercise for yourself!
