Are you Apple or Pear shaped?

To find out which body shape you are, all you need - flexible tape measure and a calculator. Measure around your waist in centimetres. If you have a waist visibly smaller than your hips, measure around the narrowest part. Other way to measure is about 3 centimetres above your navel. This is your waist circumference. Next measure around your hips, just lower than the point where the top of the thighbone meets the pelvis. Divide your waist measurements by your hip measurement to get your waist-to-hip ratio WHR. If your WHR is 0.80 or lower, your body is Pear shape. If its higher then 0.80, you're an Apple shape.
