This meal planner will help you track your meals and calorie intake for the week. An excel spreadsheet which is easy to use and becomes a great resource for looking back on to see what you were eating. 
This download includes the Meal Planner spreadsheet which you can use and store information on your own computer and a pdf version which you can use to print off and write on. It allows you to track your: Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snacks You can enter short note under the description to describe your meal or snack. Then enter the total number of calories and fat grams. The form will total up your daily calories and fat grams giving you a total at the end of the week. We recommend printing off the pdf to keep with you and when you get home enter the information into your computer and store it.
