Goals: Set yourself achievable goals. If you want to be the next body builder or just look great down the beech you must start with reasonable goals. At first set a goal you know you can meet and then achieve that goal and feel good about it. Then set another goal and work towards that. It'd good to reward yourself each time you reach that goal with something you like. Monitoring Your Personal Progress: Try and keep and diary of your fitness activity and progress. This is a great reminder of your effort so track them and look back now and again. Start This Today: On a piece of paper note down all the reasons stopping you from exercising. Once you have completed the list start working your way through it and discover whats really preventing you from living a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Never Feel Guilty: Wow! You missed a workout! It was a couple days. Don't feel guilty or get stressed out, just relax and focus on your next fitness session.
